We need a team of people who are excited about advanced technology and using it to protect nurses and other medical staff.
What You’ll Do:
• Adjusts and installs automatic and semiautomatic assembly machine units for lot production operation following
department’s specifications.
• Develops conceptual approach to solving manufacturing problems.
• Confers with engineering and design staff to determine design modifications and enters editing
information on the computer.
• Adjusts Feeder/Delivery Equipment and detection devices; regulates heat, pressure, and several
types of timing control.
• Dismantles, disassembles, repairs, rebuilds and/or cleans and replaces and/or reassembles worn or
defective parts, and /or components as required. Lubricates, cleans, and makes necessary adjustments
and/or corrections on various devices.
• Prepares and forwards required machine maintenance reports to immediate supervisor. Uses a variety
of small hand tools and is responsible for maintaining them in good working order.
• Instructs Automation Set-up Technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and/or product
quality problems.
