LITTLE ELM, Texas – Retractable Technologies, Inc. (NYSE American: RVP) (“RTI” or “Retractable”) has withdrawn its complaint in the United States Court of International Trade against the defendants involved in the issuance of a 100% tariff on syringes and needles imported from China. As a result, the case was dismissed
