I will be celebrating 7 years on March 20th. RTI has a very friendly, adventurous, challenging, motivating, innovative, and progressive culture. For me, it’s the culture and the incredible line of products we get to sell. It isn’t that every salesperson has an opportunity to present a product which saves lives. Everyone works well together and with upper management. I enjoy the everyday challenges that come with the position. I get to work with talented and supportive colleagues. I have been working for RTI for 23 years. RTI has a very family-based culture. There are many extended family members who work here, which gives a sense of comfort and acceptance. I have worked at RTI since November 2001. We have a teamwork atmosphere to achieve our goals. We have each other’s backs! RTI focuses on quality products being produced for our end customers (the patient). Our equipment is state-of-the-art and new. The plant location is perfect, no big city headaches. The benefit package is very good. We have company picnics, Christmas parties, cook-offs, onsite fitness center, and an NCAA basketball March Madness contest.
