RTI’s headquarters and manufacturing plant is located on a 34-acre campus in the Town of Little Elm, about 30 miles north of Dallas, Texas. Little Elm is a lakeside community of more than 55,000 residents. It’s a good place to live and work. We are less than an hour’s drive from the cities of Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Denton, and Fort Worth. Cultural, sports, and entertainment venues abound in this area.

The RTI campus includes a physical workout gym, an activity court, and beehives. Each of our three buildings has baskets of fresh fruit. We offer great health and dental insurance. We have a 401(k) program with partial matching company contributions.

A Campus That Is State of the Art

RTI’s campus has just been revamped. A new building and additions to another building were designed by our employees. This includes our in-house activity center that features top tier workout equipment and machines, locker room and showers, and an activity court.

Location

Little Elm is an excellent area to raise a family, to obtain a good education, and to enjoy a great variety of amenities, all while being located near the banks of Lake Lewisville. Leisure activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, wakeboarding, and water-skiing are virtually next-door. Little Elm has an attractive sandy beach and is one of the largest areas for beachfront swimming in North Texas.

I have worked at RTI for 16 years. RTI promotes a relaxed, open-door work culture where employees in all positions and sectors interrelate to achieve the goals of the company. One of the best things about working here is the Opportunity for growth and experience. Since starting my career at RTI as an intern I have worked in all facets of engineering, been involved in projects of every type and magnitude, and was always allowed the opportunity to advance my skills.

I’ve been at RTI for 17 years. We are a close-knit company with family values where our management supports individual and team efforts and trusts their employees to complete their tasks.
