I have been working for RTI over the last 3 years. I initially started as a team member on the production floor and was moved up to the corporate office. I like to work for RTI because it provides opportunities for growth, and it values the contribution that you make to the overall success of the company. I have worked at RTI since February 2021, and I began working as a receptionist in the spring of the same year. I would consider the culture of RTI as a friendly and productive environment.
