I have worked at RTI for 16 years. RTI promotes a relaxed, open-door work culture where employees in all positions and sectors interrelate to achieve the goals of the company. Since starting my career at RTI as an intern I have worked in all facets of engineering, been involved in projects of every type and magnitude, and was always allowed the opportunity to advance my skills.

As a registered nurse, I know how challenging and stressful working in healthcare settings can be.
