Prize-Winning Essay Contest
Do you have a powerful story about your experiences as a nurse, or a nurse you know? This is your chance to share it and be featured in one of our upcoming quarterly issues. The winning essay will be published in the January 2026 issue of Nurse Point. The writer of the first-place essay will receive $5,000, second place will receive $3,000, and third place will receive $2,000!
Contest Details:
- To submit your essay for the April 2025 publication on our website.
- All submissions become the property of RTI and may be published in the magazine.
- Essays may be edited for clarity and length at the editor’s discretion.
- Submissions must be original and have not been previously published.
- Word count can be around 1200 words for essay submission.
- If selected, your name and credentials (such as RN, LPN, etc.) will be published in the magazine.
- A winner will be chosen from the selected articles published.
- W-9 forms will be provided after the winners are chosen.
- Please read the Terms and Conditions to gain full understanding of the contest.
Employees of RTI and their families are not eligible to participate.
